The theory of evolution is one of the most controversial yet irrefutable theories in the scientific community. Darwin, a metathinker took theories and ideas from other scientists and combined them with his observations from his voyage in order to present the theory of evolution. This project will address Darwin's ideas and the theory itself.
The goal of this project is to wrap up our brief study of evolution by answering the following questions:
Under what conditions does natural selection occur?
What does Darwin's mechanism for evolution suggest about living and extinct species?
What evidence have scientists found that further support the theory of evolution? (There are several, you should include at least two.)
You will create a video to answer these important questions. Creativity is important, talking heads are out (unless you are in full costume and truly acting the part!), be creative with how your present this material. Your video should be at least 3 minutes in length, but no longer than 5 minutes.
